Nicolas Hormaza
Periodontal Hygienist

Nicolas was born and raised in Cali, Colombia and graduated as a Dentist from the Autonomous University of Colombia in 1988. Nicolas met his wife during dental school and relocated with their two children to the United States to continue their education. Nicolas attended Florida International University and worked as a dental assistant while studying to become a hygienist. He received his license from the University of Florida and has been practicing for the past 24 years. Nicolas finds pleasure sharing his knowledge with Dr. Leichter, his team and his patients who he hopes to continue treating for many years. He also enjoys traveling, dipping his toes into different cultures, dancing and having great conversation.
